The machine adopts the "sandwich" structure, the support plate is in front and back, and the vertical plate is used in the middle. The compensation cylinder is installed in the vertical plate and the front and back support plate to support the vertical plate in the middle stage. |
When working, the lower compensation cylinder always has the force acting on the vertical plate of the workbench, which is equal to the force of the main cylinder to the worktable, and produces a curve which always rises upward. It compensates for the deformation of the vertical plate and slider on the workbench. |
It is composed of several groups of 3D surfaces with different slopes. It makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional hydraulic compensation in compensating the blind area, and the compensation curve is closer to the slide plate deformation curve, thus greatly improving the machining accuracy of the bending machine. |
