Energy saving type cnc press brake with main motor as servo motor. 

1. The electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine adopts a hydraulic convex automatic compensation system to solve the influence of the deformation of the slider during the bending process on the quality of the workpiece. The amount of compensation is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, which is convenient and accurate.

2. The electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine adopts a full-featured back gauge mechanism, which can choose to control multiple back gauge shafts. Functional parts in the backgauge. Imported originals such as guide rails, screws and bearings are used to ensure the accuracy of the back gauge.

It enables direct 'hot-key' touch navigation between product programming and actual production. Functions are located where needed, offering optimised ergonomics throughout the entire application. 

Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum with a quick and easy program-to-production work sequence. 

USB interfacing enables fast product and tool backup using USD memory sticks

The standard machine control functions are Y1, Y2, X R-axis and crowning. The second back gauge axis can also be set as Z axis.
